CTO

We are looking for the best Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology development at Dinbeat.

Responsibilities

  • Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy and products to ensure alignment with its business goals
  • Manage the tech team (software, hardware, firmware), being able to organize, calendarize and follow-up on the team projects, processes and tasks with agile methodology
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Build quality assurance and data access, and protection processes
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
  • Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
  • Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role. Previous experience in start up environment will be a plus
  • Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
  • Understanding of budgets and business-planning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Team management experience
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • PhD in Computer Science, Software or Electronic engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
  • Coding and software development will be a plus
  • Experience/Knowledge in AI implementation will be a plus

Veterinary sales representative

Animal lover and absolutely excellent in sales? We are looking for you!

We are looking for the best Sales Representative to take care of our customers and help to define and meet the sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Prospecting the market to create a good data base of potential customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
     
    Requirements:
  • Proven working experience and contacts in the pet sector, specially veterinary channel, will be highly appreciated
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
  • CRM experience
  • Proficient in Spanish and English is a must. French and german will be a plus.
  • A degree in Veterinary, Business Administration or Economics or will be a plus.
